Body Scan Meditation

As I mentioned in this week's audio, your journal prompts are going to ask you to pay attention to what you are "feeling". This is something we can get quite disconnected from when we are used to blurring the lines between what we need or want and what others need or want.   We can also become comfortable and familiar with discomfort. 

This meditation will help you to become aware of your own body again.  I would encourage you to go through this 10 min Body Scan Meditation before diving into your journal prompts.  Then...revisit the meditation as often as it is helpful to you.
